That’s what GAN calls the black version of their Smart Timer.

What the GAN Smart Timer - Dark Samurai has to offer:

• The speed cube timer can be operated with three buttons.
• The buttons are locked up to 1 second after timing is complete, preventing you from accidentally losing your results.
• Because every millisecond counts, the speed cube timer measures your time to within 0.0001 seconds, thanks to its responsive sensors.
• You can save up to five time results as well as the AO5 (i.e. the average of five consecutive solves).
• The timer has a unique light system. The logo appears to float and shows you the current status.
• You can connect the Smart Timer via Bluetooth to the CubeStation app from GAN and sync your results.
• With an AUX cable (not included), you can connect the timer to your computer via the audio input or utilise an external display without any time lag.
• Use the timer to get ready for speedcubing competitions.
